Year-Round Operations: Behind the Scenes of Caitwickerzand’s All-Season Holiday Park
Looking for nature, quiet, and freedom without watching the calendar? Caitwickerzand’s all-season holiday park on the Veluwe is open during the entire year, so you can plan your escape exactly when you need it. In this behind-the-scenes look at our year-round operations, you’ll see how our location, accommodations, and services come together in every season—plus practical tips to make your stay effortless.
Where “all-season” meets the Veluwe
Caitwickerzand sits on the edge of the forest in Uddel (Nieuw-Milligen), between the charming villages of Kootwijk and Garderen. Step out of your bungalow, hikers cabin, or campsite and walk directly into the woods.
- Close to the Kootwijkerzand sand drift region
- Within driving distance of National Park De Hoge Veluwe
- Near Apeldoorn, Voorthuizen, and Garderen
- The renowned Veluwe Trail (300 km) borders the park—perfect for riders exploring the heaths and forests
Our small, family-run park promises a personal welcome—Bert and Yvonne Lenderink are proud to greet guests who come for wildlife, walking, cycling, and the calming rhythm of the forest.
